The Jasper is our newest ranch style home. As you enter the home from the covered front porch, there is a study, two bedrooms, and a full bath. As you enter the home from the 3 bay garage there is a cozy mudroom. There is a spacious kitchen with an abundance of maple cabinetry and granite counter space. The kitchen includes a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave and range. There is a large kitchen island and a walk-in pantry. There is a choice to select the gourmet kitchen layout, which would add a stainless steel hood, cooktop and built in microwave and oven. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the great room. Off of the dining room, there is an option to add buffet cabinets. A covered patio was added for outdoor entertainment. In the great room a fireplace has been added for those cold winter nights. The laundry room is towards the back of the home conveniently located near the owner's bedroom and will have ceramic tile flooring. The owner's bedroom has a bath with free-standing tub and a sizable walk-in closet. This home includes an unfinished lower level. There is the option to select a finished lower level which would allow you to have a rec room, bath, an additional bedroom and storage space. Interior options have not yet been selected giving you the opportunity to personalize the home.
